We are committed to making sure that happy with the products that you order on our website.  We offer refunds and exchanges ("returns")  for up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase, subject to the conditions detailed below.  We can also exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged - Just notify us within 30 days of receipt.


General return conditions and policy
1. To be eligible for a return, please be sure that your item is in the exact same new condition that it was when you received it. Please be sure to return it in the original packaging. 

2. The following are understandably exempt from being returned: gift cards, downloadable software and any item that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.   Sale on these items is final.

3. We do not refund shipping costs.


How to return or exchange an item

To complete your return, ship your product to our Return Center, along with RMA number.  Please follow the instructions below to get that RMA number.  Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by us, a refund will be issued.

1. To complete your return, please contact us using the email address found on the "ABOUT US" page on our website, requesting an RMA number for your purchase.  When you do this, please include the order number and email address on the receipt for your purchase.   Within 48 hours you will receive an RMA # from us that you can then reference when you return the item.

2. Please return the item ONLY to the address below, with RMA# included so that we can issue the refund

3.  Once your return has been received by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.    

4. For approved refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please check with your credit card company.  Most refunds are visible within 10 days of us issuing the refund but sometimes credit card companies are a little slower !

5. Approved exchanges to replace goods that were defective/damaged when you received them  will be shipped to the addressee that received the original purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped as a gift directly to you, and you are approved for a refund, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received by us and the refund approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send any approved refund to the gift giver directly.

To return or exchange your product, please contact us  first using the email address on the "ABOUT US" page of this website, and we will supply you with return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for delivering the original item to you are non-refundable. The cost of the item returned (minus any shipping that you paid) will be refunded for approved refunds.  

Depending on where you live, the time that it may take for any exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75,  please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can only issue refunds or exchanges on returned items that we receive.
